Cardstock |

Black Felt |

| Instructions
|
| 1. |
Cut out two yellow circles from cardstock and apply
to the front of the card. |
| 2. |
Cut out varying size strips of adhesive vellum and
apply in layers to the front of the card. Trim the edges. |
| 3. |
Cut out circles from black felt and apply to the
front of the card. |
| 4. |
Use a marker to add a mouth and eyebrows. |
